Refund policy
Hello Darling,
We understand that sometimes you change your mind about a style, or you don’t like the look when your precious item arrives and we do understand that! You can return any item you don’t want to keep (apart non-returnable items, please see below for details).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Should we receive your return at Positive Design after this time frame, you will only be eligible for a credit note or a gift card. The decision to issue a credit note or gift card will be made on an individual order basis for orders returned between 14-28 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@itsfashiondarling.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, grooming products, pierced jewellery, cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken, face masks, socks or underwear and swimwear without the hygiene strip due to the health and hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy; marked with the make-up, fake tan, body lotion, damage, stains, pets hair/fur etc. Shoes must be tried indoors and not show any signs of wear. The cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
